    Tandia’s Response to the Latest Pandemic Measures

    Tandia remains committed to the health and safety of our members and employees and adherence to all government and public health requirements. As we continue to adapt in response to the latest Pandemic challenges, we thank you for your continued understanding.

    At this time as an added measure, we encourage our members to avoid non-essential in-branch visits and take advantage of our many alternate service options. You don’t have to go it alone – options with a personal touch include our Member Solutions Centre or a phone or video appointment with your trusted branch or wealth advisor – we very much look forward to serving you in these ways.

    In the Event of a Temporary Branch Closure

    Given the highly contagious nature of this variant, we have planned for this very real possibility. Should we be faced with having to temporarily close a branch due to a staffing shortage, we will post a notice at the branch and on our tandia.com website homepage and specific details on the branch locator page. We will also send an email to impacted members as quickly as possible.
    If you’re affected by a temporary branch closure and require essential in-branch service, you are always welcome to visit another Tandia branch.
