Change to Saturday Hours at Specific Branches

Effective April 4, 2020

As the COVID-19 pandemic has unfolded, Tandia has responded with proactive measures to help ensure the health and safety of our members, employees and communities, while continuing to provide essential financial services in a socially responsible way.

Last week, Tandia increased our precautionary measures to further reduce the risk to members and employees by reducing hours and suspending cash services at all branch locations. In that short time, members have been very supportive and cooperative in transitioning to self-serve options for everyday banking transactions like ATMs, online banking and our mobile app, or personal telephone service through our Member Solutions Centre instead of visiting a branch. As a result, we are now further streamlining our Saturday branch hours at specific locations.

Until further notice, the following branches will now be closed on Saturdays, starting April 4:

Brantford
Burlington
Stoney Creek

25-27 King George Road

3455 Fairview Street
1-975 Queenston Road

These branches remain open Monday through Friday, 10 am to 3 pm and have 24/7 ATMs.

Our Upper Wentworth Branch (990 Upper Wentworth Street, across from CF Lime Ridge) remains open on Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm to serve the greater Hamilton area for unavoidable in-branch service.

We respectfully and strongly request that branch visits to any location be limited to essential, non-cash services that cannot be conducted online or over the phone and that social distancing is practiced. Also, if you have recently been out of the country or are feeling unwell please call us for assistance rather than visiting a branch.

Our Member Solutions Centre’s telephone hours remain fully staffed with extra staff at the ready to minimize any on-hold waiting time as follows:

MonTuesWedThursFriSat
9-59-59-59-69-59-3
