We hope you and your loved ones are doing well as the Holiday Season approaches. Here at Tandia, we remain diligent with our proactive pandemic measures and protocols for the personal and financial health and safety of our members, employees and communities.

Even as we anticipate curtailed Holiday celebrations, we are optimistic and hopeful for 2021. Until then, we can all help limit the spread of COVID-19 right now with the COVID Alert app from the Government of Canada. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to download it today.

A Better Mobile App is Coming in the New Year

Earlier this year, we launched our new desktop online banking platform that delivers a lighter, more agile and responsive experience. We in the final stages of doing the same for Tandia™ Mobile. Tandia will once again be one of the first Credit Unions in Canada to release this leading-edge user mobile app experience.

 Get ready for enhanced performance and security features for your smaller screen devices including Fingerprint ID and Facial Recognition. We currently anticipate a seamless launch of the new mobile app early in the New Year.

Hamilton Barton Street Branch Opening Soon

The highly anticipated relocation of our flagship branch at 75 James Street South to 280 Barton Street West (near Locke Street North) is scheduled for Thursday December 10th.  The new modernized branch will offer Monday-through-Saturday hours of service, a street-accessible ATM and best of all, an adjacent parking lot with free parking.  

When the new branch opens, it will be operating with modified hours and limited cash services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We continue to respectfully request that branch visits to any location be limited to essential, services that cannot be conducted online or over the phone.  If you are feeling unwell, please call us for assistance rather than visiting a branch.

Our Member Solutions Centre telephone hours remain as follows: Monday through Wednesday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.
