Join us online for our AGM! The meeting will be held virtually on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., allowing members to take part from the comfort of home.

Online voting will be open for members in online banking from Monday March 18, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. through Friday April 5, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Members who are 18 and over with $25 in Member Shares are eligible to vote.
To vote online, you must first login to online banking. Once you are logged in, select "Online Voting Form" from the left of the menu.
If you require assistance with online voting, please visit or contact your branch and a representative will be able to help you.
Corporations, Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations can only cast their vote though a written proxy available at any branch, signed by the President or other authorized officer of such entity and by appointing one person to vote in-branch on its behalf.
This year, there are four (4) candidates for the three (3) vacancies on the Board of Directors. The candidates are:
