The decision for a new corporate office was made and Burlington was the ideal centralized location for our expanded branch footprint. The new corporate office location was selected in 2019 and the design was focused largely on a creating an inviting workspace to facilitate employees working and collaborating more closely together than they have ever been able to before. Staff moved in on Monday January 6th. Tandia will benefit from a Corporate Office location visible by thousands of commuters on a daily basis from the 403/Queen Elizabeth Way.
Richard Davies, President and CEO says, “We are thrilled to be in Burlington with a brand-new, state-of-the-art corporate office. It’s an important investment in our employees, providing them with a more collaborative workspace and all the modern conveniences of new-office technology. It will also help us to attract top talent from the region, ultimately for the benefit of our members.”
In addition to the new corporate office, Tandia will also be opening a new Administration Centre in Ancaster at 1295 Cormorant Road to accommodate our larger administrative departments including Lending Services and Finance employees. They will benefit from a similar workspace design and are set to move in before the end of January.
An official corporate office Ribbon Cutting and Open House for members and the local community is being planned for Spring 2020. Details will be forthcoming on Tandia’s website: www.tandia.com.
